How can I set Outlook 2003 on Exchange so that my inbox will show the number
of emails that came in (and for that matter, my Sent Items box also) to my
inbox without me having to count them?

Thanks.

Click ViewStatus Bar. The count of items in the currently open folder will
display in the status bar. In the Navigation Pane, the folders containing
new items will contain a count of those items in parentheses following the
folder name.
