Limit on number of saved message in sent folder
I have been an Outlook user for a long time and run a business. It seems
that my sent folder has not saved all my messages from more than about a month ago. It is important that I can retrieve my sent messages from many years ago. Is this a bug or do I need to set something to keep it from limiting how long or how many it will save?

I believe I have Outlook 2003 and it isn't keeping even 16,000.

I think I did at one time but it has been a while. I can only find sent
messages back for about 6 weeks. "K. Check the date on your archive.pst and also check your views to ensure you're
