We just recently connected to an exchange server hosted by our parent
company. I got most users connected with no problems, but.... One user hits the send/recieve button and then it sends first then it says "Microsoft Exchange Server - Synchronizing Heirarchy" and all progress stops. What is it doing and how do I stop it from happening? Sandy |

Sandy You might post in microsoft.public.exchange.clients.....and provide more info if at all possible, such as the way you connect, and what version of Exchange & Outlook. Not sure why users are having to hit send/receive if this is E2003/OL2003/cached mode....but you haven't given us enough to work with. |
