Outlook starting issue
I have to start Outlook in Safe Mode otherwise I keep getting the message: "A
required component is missing: WAB32.DLL. Please install Microsoft Outlook again. I have done this and I've also uninstalled Office Pro 2003 and reinstalled it and it would correct the problem for a short period of time and then start in again. The last time was just yesterday 10/26/06 Please any and all help is appreciated.
