Default JunkE-mail Report Tool does not report spam marked Do Not Forward

Most of the spam I get is apparently marked "Do Not Forward." As such, the
Microsoft Junk E-mail Reporting Tool 1.0 will not report it as junk. It can
be forwarded though.

With no settings or help or feedback, and no way to override an obvious spam
trick, this Junk E-mail Reporting Tool is useless.
