save with rules to journal?
Hello
I created rules that every outgoing message (fax, mail) should be saved as a copy to the journal. But unfortunately nothing is saved in the journal. Why? WHen I copy manually a mail into the journal the messsage is displayed Thank you very much for any help!!!! Michael
