I have a client that has somehow messed up his Outlook such that
incoming PLAIN TEXT message are unreadable. Actually, at first he told me he was getting blank messages but when I actually saw it, I could see the text was yellow on a white background.... almost unreadable. I have since defined the problem to incoming plain text messages only. HTML messahes are fine. OUTLOOK 2002 SP3 Windows XP Pro SP2 latest hotfixes the text is the same in the preview pane and when he opens the message. I've been looking all over to find what settings affect the text color of incoming plain text messages. can someone point me in the right direction???? (XP "high contrast" is OFF). Thanks |
