Default Hotmail is slow with Outlook.

Hi, send/receive in Outlook seems to have slowed down since I added a
Hotmail account. Is this normal? Clicking on the Hotmail inbox also
sometimes takes a fair amount of time to pull that inbox up. Is this all
normal or can something be done about it? Thanks.
Larry
