My client's CEO only give us this picture

Follow standard Outlook troubleshooting: Run Help | Detect and Repair, create a new mail profile, and start Outlook in /safe mode. If problems persist, post back with more relevant information -- such as *when* the crash occurs and any error messages or other symptoms.
