I wondered if anyone has any experience with free mail servers, as an alternative to using Exchange.
A Google search revealed hmailserver (www.hmailserver.com) which looks interesting, but comments from users would be very valuable. It would be for Outlook 2000/2003 clients. Thanks in advance... |

There are several free mail servers around - AFAIK the only drawback is that Exchange is the only server to allow the sharing of Calendars and tasks in Outlook. If you're not bothered with that, then here's another: http://www.pmail.com/overviews/ovw_mercury.htm |
