Hello all

Is there a way to create multiple profiles in MS Outlook with password
protection each one?

You cannot password-protect a mail profile. You can, however,
password-protect any PST used in those profiles. If, for example, each
profile points to a different PST and those PSTs are password-protected,
then the person trying to access the PST will need to enter its password
before it will open.
