I tried to recall a message from a person I knew was out of the office for a
few days and I wonder do I have to try to recall this message when they are there with outlook on or will it automatically try to recall it when they are back in the office. |

The Outlook client does not need to be on. However I will warn you that the
recall feature doesn't work most of the time. "Jen" wrote in message ... I found out it doesn't work. It just tells them you want a message recalled
but doesn't get rid of the message does it? I never got a message back whether it failed or not either. "neo [mvp outlook]" wrote: The Outlook client does not need to be on. The user actually has to click on the recall & I believe they can't have
marked it read. Hence why I used the youthism that it doesn't work most of the time. (Should be has never worked the way we would like of "I really didn't mean that, so nuke the message.)
