Hi,
I'm using the release version of Outlook 2007 downloaded from MSDN. Apart from the default Personal Folders .pst file, I also have a .pst file called Shared Personal Folders so that I can use it across several profiles. The Shared Personal Folders contains loads of my own folders and subfolders, some of which I like to have expanded, others not. I also have several other .pst files (Archive, Backup - that sort of thing) which I don't have open by default. When I open one of the other .pst files the Shared Personal Folders doesn't change. However, as soon as I close the other .pst file, the Shared Personal Folders completely collapses back to the top level. While this isn't the end of the world, it's extremely irritating. Is there a way to stop already open .pst files from collapsing with another ..pst file is closed? Any assistance gratefully received. Mark |
