Hello all,
I am in the midst of a project where we're upgrading a site from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. All clients were already using Outlook 2003. Prior to their mailbox's being moved to Exchange 2003, the following did not occur. Our customer requires that certain users be granted 'Full Mailbox Access' to resource mailboxes (such as FAX) for daily usage. However, we now get the situation where UserA opens a message in the FAX mailbox and hit's reply or forward, the 'FROM' field is shown and displays the FAX user. So if the FROM field is left untouched, the message get's sent as the FAX user. If the userA deletes the entry in the FROM field, the message get's sent as UserA. The client requires that the user who is forwarding/replying that message be the sender by default. Can anyone tell me if there is a fix for this!? Thank you. Regards, Don |
