Default New to Outlook

I am new to Outlook and need some help setting up my account.
I have an email account where I work and we use outlook, it is setup
on the computer at work, but I was told that I can access it from home,
I am not sure how to do it. I have my login and password, what else do
I need and how do I do it.
Thanks for all the help

The people at work who set up yor mail there can tell you how to set it up
from home. If they can't, then neither can we, since it is your work
infrastructure that would control the method.
