Hello all:
One of the users in our office is having Outlook 2003 issue, every now and then "Microsoft Office Outlook Offline Folders: the file C:\Documents and Settings\User_Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook.ost is in use and could not be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try again." error message is popping up. I even tried deleting the old OST file and creating a new one but the user still has the same problem. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Note: This users machine is up to date with all the Microsoft Windows and Office updates. Best regards. |
