OL 2002 SP3
Win XP HE SP1 hi, i have created a new profile for my OL, as i thought my default/original profile was corrupt as i was getting constant error messages. it turns out i am getting the same error messages with the new profile as well, so i guess i can eliminate the profile having been the issue. in the new profile i have linked it to the default pst file--using same pst file in new profile as in default/original profile. i would thus like to go back to the default/original profile but do not want to break anything, especially the "rules". is there a correct procedure to follow to switch back to the default/original profile without breaking anything? i successfully followed the procedure here http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm to create and switch to new profile but not sure how to reverse it. thanks! |
