I'm currently using Outlook 2003 and I'm looking to see if it, or an
add-in package, or Outlook 2007 can perform the following automated tasks: 1. I'd like to have Outlook send emails as reminders to attendees, or a group (from other companies) of an upcoming recurring, or in some cases non-recurring meeting(s), set up on my calendar. 2. As part of that reminder, I am requesting that each of the recipients sends me a specific doument related to the upcoming meeting, so I'd like to create a task when the reminder email is sent that I can use as a checklist to keep track of who sent me the document. |
