I have a structure of files in My Documetns that I would like to have
Shortcuts to in either my Favorite Folders or All Mail Folders so I can just drag messages to rather than saving client info in 2 places. I can't figure it out... Thanks |

I can't figure it out... For Outlook 2003 or later, you can't have file system shortcuts in the Navigation Pane. If you want to drag a message to file system folders, put the shortcuts to those folders on your desktop and drag the messages from Outlook to those shortcuts. -- Brian Tillman |
