Default Distribution list?

Using Outlook 2002

Is it possible to send the same email to more than one person without
creating a distribution list? I know I could send multiple emails that are
the same. But lets say I want to send to just 5 people at the same time.
And I don't want to copy and paste 5 addresses from my contact list. Seems
like there should be an eaiser way than creating a distribution list
everytime.
