Hello,
We have a user that has an issue with Contacts in Outlook 2003. She begins a new message and clicks on the "To:" button and then scrolls in the window for her contacts. When she clicks on "Contacts", nothing displays. However, she is able to see and access her contacts on the Folder List in the main Outlook screen and can add, delete, change contacts there, etc. She can also right-click on a contact and click on "New Message To Contact". But she is unable to access Contacts as she would the Global Address List. Any ideas on what might be happening ? Thanks in advance for any help - |
