I use Outlook 2003 (not express) to communicate with two paid Hotmail
accounts (there are two corresponding accounts in Outlook). The oldest account has been and still is working fine. The second is relatively new and does work but very frequently (multiple times/day) generates an error message that says there's a problem with the userid/password. The only cure is to sign-on Hotmail directly, enter the 'squiggly' characters displayed (allegedly to protect against spam)and then sign-off. This 're-connects' Outlook with Hotmail and things work fine for awhile, till the next error message pops up. Anybody have a cure for this very annoying problem? Note that the original Outlook/Hotmail combination of accounts is working just fine......... -- Al |
