Default Outlook message: disk is full. Please insert a new disk.

I recently upgraded to a newer computer. I exported my favorites, contacts
etc. as a .pst file. Now when I try to open Outlook on the newer computer I
get the message: disk is full. Please insert a new disk. Is outlook looking
for a floppy or something? What can I do?
