I cant archive
I looked at my archive folder there are 2 files archive 2.2 gig archive 3.2 gig When I open outlook I can see my 2 archive folders I tried closing outlook then moving both archive files hoping I could start from scratch, but when I open outlook up it prompts for both files if I cancel out of that it still wont let me archive, when I try to archive, it wants an archive file to append too How can I stop it from looking for these to files when opening I would like to start with a new archive file and remove existing 2 files, If I ever need them I will import into another profile my outlook file is about 900 megs I thought with outlook 2003 the limit is 20 gigs? |
