Default Reading Pane Not Available

Outlook 2003

I am trying to activate the reading pane for my "Drafts" folder but all
choices are dimmed out and unavailable. Am I doing something wrong? Might
a setting be off? It seems to work okay in other folders.

Bob

Aloha Bob,

It doesn't work in the Drafts folder in Outlook 2003. But here's a workaround:
