Highlighted email changes when I sort by subject
When I sort by subject (show in groups is on) the highlighted email
does not stay highlighted, instead i get moved to the very top of the email list. This is very annoying because now I have to search for the subject that I was originally looking at. I have found the suggested workaround to sort by Conversation but this does not have the same affect on the sort. I believe that this problem is related to the number of emails in the folder. I have not found the exact number at which this becomes a problem but it is somewhere between 200-400. I tired the sort on a folder with 202 items and it sorted fine but then a folder with 383 items had this issue. Does anyone have a fix for this? Can someone confirm that this is a known bug or point me to a MS KB article?

Don't believe it's related to the number of messages we have a user experiencing the same problem the have over 1500 and the behavior is random.....

You would be far better off using a proper news reader which would allow you to quote the post you are replying to, and would automatically insert "" in the subject of your reply.
