I recently loaded Microsoft Office 2003 Professional on my computer. I keep
getting error messages as follows: An unexpected error has occurred MAP1 was
unable to load the information service MSNcon.DLL Be sure service is
correctly installed & configured

Also Error: Take Microsoft Outlook Connecter- Receiving report error
(OX8004010F) The operation failed, an object could not be found.

Can not send emails out of Outlook.

Not sure what to do or where to go to get an answer.

I can't give you the solution to your problems, but I can tell you where to
start looking. Check out Google Groups - www.groups.google.com to seach for
similar posts to yours, chances are someone has previously encountered your
problem, and and answer has already been posted somewhere.

a search using:
MSNcon.DLL +Outlook +Unable +Load +Service
as a search string gave about 30 hits that may be of use to you.

a search using:
Outlook +0X8004010F (Note first character is zero not letter O as in your
post)
as a search string gave 1000's of hits.

ALmost certainly the answer to your problem lies within those posts. I
always do this type of google search before I post a problem just to see if I
can get the answer first.
