I went through and connected my comcast account to my outlook. I can see it
downloading e-mails to my outlook and 42 e-mails are in my inbox but I can not view or read any of them. Any ideas? Thanks!!! |

What happens when you try? Any error messages?

When I open my outlook I can see the number 42 by my inbox but when I try
clicking on the inbox file...I get nothing. no errors and when I set it up the test said it was all working. If I am in outlook and an e-mail is sent to me I can see the box with the message pop up but when I click on that nothing happens. I think it must be a setting somwhere in there that I messed. Just haven't been able to locate where! I uninstalled and installed again and it is still doing the same thing. "Hal Hostetler [MVP P/I]" wrote: What happens when you try? Any error messages? Are you perhaps filtering your view? If you click on View Current View what
is checked? If it's not Messages, check that option and see what happens. -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "misty" wrote: When I open my outlook I can see the number 42 by my inbox but when I try clicking on the inbox file...I get nothing. no errors and when I set it up the test said it was all working.
