Default Diary entry

Hi there,

We have a company diary setup in Outlook Public folders, I have added a
diary entry to book a resource for a meeting but it has not shown up on
the diary.

When I try to rebook the resource it says it has already been booked.

Can anyone help me please? I am using Outlook 2003 - Exchange Server
2003

Thanks

Lynda
