Hello,
I have a list of contacts (about 250 or so) in Excel (but can easily be converted to other formats) that I need to regularly send out e-mails. The problem is that I want to have each recipient see their name in the To box. I would prefer not to use the method of sending it to myself and then BCCing all the recipients. This aforementioned method also causes problems with my ISP because they think I am spamming, when I am really sending out information to my clients. I have come across add-ins like "Send Personally" (http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/) and "Send Individually" (http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outloo...dividually.asp) which would seem to accomplish what I want, but was hoping there was a free way to accomplish this. Has anyone come across a way to automate sending out the same e-mail to a list of addresses and have the recipient only see themselves in the To box? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Paul Butke |

Why not just use a mail merge?
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these functions take a look he http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/printlabel.htm http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/mailmerge.htm http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...186361033.aspx -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Paul Butke" wrote in message ... Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies. I forgot to mention that I intend to send out the mass e-mail with a PDF attachment that is usually less than 1MB. I did extensive research on the mail merge function and found that it cannot send e-mail attachments. Other than the attachment issue, I would agree that mail merge is a solution to my first posed question. Does anybody have any advice on how to do this with an attachment? Thanks, Paul |

Not supported in Outlook. Now you must use third party software.

Please try our email scheduler (http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm)
which will allow you to send multiple individual emails, either as a one-off or regularly at a specified time and interval.
