How would I enlarge a picture

How would I enlarge a picture (.jpg, .bmp, etc.) in Outlook? Thank you, Barry Karas P.S. I don't think changing the size of a picture in another application would work. For example, I enlarged a picture in MS Word, but the enlarged picture did not transfer to Outlook.

Okay, I figured it out...BUT:
I copy the picture, paste/open the picture in MS Word, and adjust the size. Is there another technique that I can use that does not involve the use of another program?
