how do i re-install or change my microsoft exchange server

Since I have installed office 2003 I got asked for the name on the server
exchange so I created one (which didn't actually exist) as Home now it
defaults to this and I can't get outlook to open. I have removed and
re--installed office but still the same message.

Any suggestions about getting past this stage.

If you don't use an Exchange server, why did you specify this for your account server????

Control Panel-Mail Icon-Accounts. Remove Exchange, back up and install your POP3 or IMAP account.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
