If they're all POP3 accounts you've got to setup rules to move incoming mail

If you mean each individual should only have access to that individuals mail
then look at Profiles in help "llbarnhill" wrote in message ... How do I add additional email accounts so they go into their own folders with individual access to outlook 2003 on the same computer? |
