Hi
When I check for e-mails in Outlook 2003 it checks for all accounts simultaneously. If I have 4 accounts that's fine, but when I add a 5th account it gives the following error:- Sending and Recieving' reported error (0x800ccc90) : Your incoming (pop3) email server has reported an internal error. if you continue to recieve this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). the server responded : My host company says it is not a problem with their server like the error suggests. Does the software have a maximum amount of accounts it can check at once? Or is it my ISP, or am I just missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

Yes, all with the same ISP.

... Yes, all with the same ISP. Then you will probably find that Outlook is trying to interact with the POP server more times than is allowed....change the set up so that all four are NOT retrieved at the same time. |
