A few of my users including myself have been noticing that Outlook 2003 is

This is common with Snag It and also Plaxo, is that in use? Also if you're
using Exchange 2003 there is an Exchange hotfix available if it's the ReplidMap - if the table in memory on the server is different from what's in the jet database, the difference can cause a stack overflow that causes Outlook 2003 to crash. This can also happen on a PC that's also running Terminal Services. This can also be a conflict with any Norton plug in. There are a variety of issues that can cause the errors you're seeing. You may want to first reapply the latest Office SP as a precaution. -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "SGB" wrote: A few of my users including myself have been noticing that Outlook 2003 is constantly crashing during normal usage.
