I have O2003. I want to send emails in HTML format, but also want to
control what the user sees if they view emails in plain text. From what I read in other messages, I have no control over what the plain text version looks like when using Outlook 2003 merging with Word 2003. I know that I can change the header outside of Outlook, but I want to do this using the Outlook / Word merge, not do it manually. Does anyone know of any programs that will allow me to mail merge from Outlook 2003 and control what the HTML format and plain text format looks like? If the recipient reads emails in HTML, they see what I see. If the recipient reads emails in plain text, I then know what they see since I also formatted the plain text format of the email prior to sending it. Thank you. Shawn |
