add contact from email
In Outlook 2003, I cannot add contacts to my contact list thru Email on older
messages. I only get the icon for messages that are two weeks old max. For older messages, there is no option to add that email address to my contact folder. Can anyone help?

Right click on any address and Add to Contacts. If nothing happens when you
right click, choose Check Names from the menu and try again. "isolde" wrote: In Outlook 2003, I cannot add contacts to my contact list thru Email on older messages. The "check names" option under tools is greyed out. Not an option. Any other
