Default Outlook 2000 error, help

I'm not real familiar with outlook, we use outlook express in our office
however new person wants to use "outlook" for email because he wants to
transfer the contacts he had from his old company. We have office 2000 here
and he can use outlook, that's fine. The problem is, I've imported his
contacts and now when I open the Outlook program I get the following error:

"A program is trying to access email addressess you have stored in outlook.
Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should choose no. Allow access for 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes."

I can select 10 minutes so I can work in Outlook, send and receive and
whatnot but after 10 minutes, the error comes back. The machine is a brand
new laptop with XP on it. I've done all the upgrades to both XP and Office
with the exception of the new IE. He is due to start here on the 24th and
I'd like to clear this up before then if possible.

Anyone familiar with this error or how I can make it go away?

Thanks in advance!

Kat

Default Outlook 2000 error, help

Found the answer myself =)

Just keep google searching and finally found something. Apparently with all
the updates I did a toolbar got added and I removed it but not the line in
the registy. So to fix this the toolbar must be removed from the windows
registry.
Go for:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlo ok\Addins\... Looked at
all entries that had load behavior listed as 3 and changed to 0

It worked!! Woo Hoo!

Thanks anyway!
