I have set up the account on another PC and it works correctly there. CAn anybody point me in the reight direction please? many thanks. -- jimbo345 |

This is exactly the same problem as I am having except I can't send or
receive. I have Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express on the same machine with the same settings and OE works fine. The full error code is 0x8004210B. OE is fine, webmail is fine, pinging servers is fine. 3 e-mail accounts. 2 mail servers. None of them work in Outlook 2003! Just been informed that this only happened after rebooting the machine once
the last windows updates were installed. I am now looking at this to see if this is the problem. -- jimbo345 "Dave" wrote: This is exactly the same problem as I am having except I can't send or receive. Has anyone found a solution for this? I get the same error occasionally when
sending emails. The email is then stuck in the outbox and the only way to get it sent is to close down Outlook and then re-start it and then the emails are sent without a problem. "K.
