We have a contacts folder containing more than 1000 email addresses and 600
fax numbers. Without creating a distribution list, we want to be able to send email distributions by selecting all email contacts in the folder... WE don;t see a good way to accomplish this... If we select all, we get both fax and email addresses in the list... We want to exclude the faxes. We thought of putting the fax number in a different filed, but that isn;t a viable solution. Any ideas? Regards, Bob Wyatt |

If this is a recurring need, look into a listserv (either local or third party service) that can handle bounces, subscribe/unsubscibe requests, etc. more gracefully. |
