Outlook 2007 and lLain Text
Since Outlook 2007 contains its own mini-Word for mail composition, will I
be able send true Plain Text messages without Word adding all its cruft? -- Brian Tillman

Plain text is plain text, no matter what email program you send it with.

If the message format is plain text, yes, you'll be creating a plain text message. Saving a file is quite different from creating an email message.
