When I open 2003 everything appears the correct font and size. When I open a
email, it also appears correct. When I choose reply, the text is about very very small, so small I can't read it. If I select the font and choose format, the font reads as courier 10 p, it is obviously not. This only happens when I use word as the editor. This is happening on 2 different computers at 2 different locations. One has ie7 one has ie6 HELP. |

Open Office Outlook 2003, Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu.
Click on the Mail Format tab. In the section Stationery & Fonts click on Fonts. Choose your fonts for New messages, forwarding, etc. "none" wrote in message ... I am having a similar issue with a clients laptop running XP SP2 and Outlook 2003. The fonts when he replies or forwards a message are smaller than the oringinal text. When I remove Word as the text editor, everything is back to normal, but the client wants Word as the editor. I have opened the tools/options/mail format and set the font to Arial 12pt, with no change. I also tried to change the default font in Word, same effect. Any help would be appreciated. -- Whizard |
