Problems with Outlook Calendar & Exchange

The calendar isn't listed when you press Ctrl+6 and view the folder list? No, it isn't listed. Try these two switches: first, start outlook using /resetfolders then, start it using /resetnavpane I've tried both ways but I still can't see the calendar in the Folder list.
