Default How to deploy/enforce standard columns in the Sent Mail folder?

Hello,

Is it possible to deploy and enforce standard columns in the Sent Mail
folder? In our organisation, Delivery and Read receipts are mandatory
internally and we need to add the Tracking Status column to show it up-
front.

We're on Outlook XP with E2K3.

Thanks,

- Alan.
