Default meeting request

just wondering if you can get outlook to send you(the sender)meeting
responses when you've sent meeting requests on behalf of someone
else. This is common when secretary's send meeting requests on
behalf
of their boss. But they then want the responses to go back to
them(the secretary). Thanks
