I'm having a problem with Outlook crashing. After many crashes I was
finally able to hone in and now can reproduce one at will.

If I open a message reading window in Outlook and close it, then open
the same message window again and close it...crash. Same thing with
something on my calender. Open window, close. Open same, close. Crash.

Doesn't matter whether I open/close the second time right away or
later after doing other things, it will still crash, which makes it
hard to avoid. Also happens after a cold boot with no other apps
running. Error, app and system info below.

I'm hoping this rings a bell and someone will post a suggestion.
