Outlook 2003 Calendar info disappears

Default Outlook 2003 Calendar info disappears

I am using outlook 2003 calendar to keep track of apts and meetings.
When i go into a new month my previous month apts disappears. Is that
supposed to happen or is something wrong. I wanted to go back to last
month and see when i meet with a client but there was no information.
Any help would be appreciated. Rob

Check your auto-archive selections.

Right click the calendar folder-properties.

Default Outlook 2003 Calendar info disappears

It is set to auto archive every 14 days. Delete expired items (e-mail
folders only) has a check and archive or delete old items has a check.
Do i turn off autoarchive or what do i do so that it does not delete old
items. Thank you so much for your help. Rob
