Default Oulook 2000 for Vista

Had Outlook 2000 installed on my old Windows ME machine. Have had problems
trying to install it on my new Vista machine. Is Outlook 2000 installable
on a Vista machine? After installing on new machine I am geting error
"WAB.DLL missing". Did not see this file on my old machine but did see
Outlwab.dll on old machine. Advise
