e-mail messages do not open

In Outlook 2003 I get the following message when I try to open e-mail.
"Cannot open this item. This operation is not supported untill the entire
message is downloaded. Download the message and try again". This only is for
my MSN mail account. My AOL account opens fine. All has been working fine
and problem seems to have started for no reason.

Is your MSN account a POP3 (paid) account?
