The Unread Mail folder is a Search Folder. Check its search conditions to make sure the right folders are included for the query. How do you do that? When I right-click on the folder and select "Customize this search folder", I get a dialog whose "Criteria..." button is disabled. Perhaps the search criteria for this folder cannot be changed? I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2. |
